Had a great time at the SEO Collective where I met a whole bunch of SEO nerds just like myself with the added bonus of drinking some beers and eating some pizzas. I didn’t think I would learn too much from the speaker who had a presentation on the basics of SEO but I still got some great insights on what another SEO enthusiast thinks and some of their methods for on-page optimisation. 10/10

SEO Collective has been great - great to network and meet others in the industry (not really any other events in Sydney where you can outside of annual conferences), catch up regularly and discuss what's been happening. I've made plenty of friends and connections through it, gotten some work opportunities through it, had the chance to speak at it - definitely great to branch out from the agency / group you already know and meet others within SEO, develop your skills and more.

The meet-ups are a great chance to connect with other SEOs, swap insights on the latest trends and see what strategies people are testing. Whether it's a deep dive into algorithm updates or just nerding out over technical SEO, there's always something interesting to learn. Plus, it's a solid way to grow my network with like-minded folks in the industry

I joined the SEO Collective about 2 years ago wanting to change careers from behind the scenes in TV to SEO Marketing. The SEO Meetup was a great place for me to put myself out there, meet others in the industry and learn more about my desired specialty. Reagan became a friend and mentor and introduced me to even more people. Even though I now have the position I wanted, I still attend the meetup as often as possible to learn more, stay up to date on the news, and keep in touch with friends in the field. I highly recommend the SEO Collective and am so thankful for the work that Dejan and Regan put into making it all come together each month.

SEO collective events are must attend SEO events for anyone working in the digital marketing space. The community is friendly and you meet many like minded people. Highly recommend attending if you get a chance.

Inspiration, connection and energy. The main takeaways that I get when I attend an SEO Collective. In an industry that has a lot of competition, gatekeeping and can make you feel lonely, these spaces remind me that we are a community that looks after each other and are a warm hug. Personally, I WFH 100% I look forward every 1st Tuesday of the month to hang out with amazingly talented and awesome people. It is truly energizing.

Working remotely for 5 years can become a bit isolating at times. Luckily I found the Brisbane SEO Collective and have the opportunity to connect with other SEOs in person. Sally does a great job in making everyone feel included at the organised meeting, and I love how we also have the more casual SEO Beers to chat. I look forward to meet ups and talking to different SEOs at each Collective.
